STB AND I-1) AT OKUBU. Advice was received from Okuru this morning stating the auxiliary ketch Elsie was stramled on the main beach at Okuru oil Sunday. All the cargo was unloaded last night, and it is expected to launch her in three days if the weather is favorable. The Elsie was stranded at Jackson Bay on September Kith., and was launched on October lltli. She was on her way up from Jackson Bay and called in at Okuru to discharge her cargo for that port.
