Old \ igil Adams the father, had been goaded hv the mother into undertaking a business venture that threatened the family with disgrace. At last came the awakening for Alice'. She tired of pretense and hypocrisy and determined to “learn how to work.” Florence Vidor takes the leading role and is supported by Vernon Steel, Claude Gillingwaier, Margaret MeWado. Harold Goodwin, Thomas Ricketts and Gcrtrude Astor. A comedy, gazelle and the serial “ 11 urricnm* Hutch’’ complete a line programme.
