[Reuters Telegrams.] f SIR J. ALLEN’S VIEWS. /* LONDON. Oct. 7. Sir .lames Allen expresses the opinion that the World Disarmament Conference will not lie able to amend the Protocol, but unless the Conference achieves a disarmament solution, the Protocol will he useless and will not operate. The Conference will probably confine its activities to disarmament. The League has. already evolved niaohinerp to deal with disputes and aggression. , The Australian delegates take a different view, especially Air Charlton, who is convinced the Protocol will ho discussed and amended at the Disarmament Conference. Consequently lie is not worried about the present difficulties. Sir .1. Allen maintains that the nations signing the Protocol are bound thereby, unless the World Conference is abortive. AD.MISSION OF GERMANY. GENEVA. Oct. 0. The League of Nations will assemble early in December to decide the ques- . tinn of admission of Germany, and possible of Turkey.
