DOCKYARDS STB IKE. MELBOURNE, Sept. 20. A strike has occurred among the men employed at the Williamstown dockyard over wages. The Union claims between forty ami fifty men are affected, hut the f Harbour Trust Commissioners state that only eleven labourers have struck.
