I.ON DON, July 0. The Prime Minister, speaking at a dinner to the members of the Cabinet at the British Empire Exhibition last night, said the Cabinet was a most wonderful one. Tt was the only Cabinet that had been defeated ten times and had never turned a hair. Mr MacDonald said he had been offered by an American agency many thousands of pounds for his biographt. He had been offered double if he would do the biography of “Jimmie Thomas,” and four times as much if he would do the biography of the whole Cabinet.
