VIENNA, July 24. A ease in which a municipal dustman was abused hy a woman whom he told tu lift her rubbish-pail up to his cart has rear hod the Appeal Court. It first had to he proved that he was an "ollielal" in the legal sense of the term and he satisfied the court that he was entitled to call himself an "oli'al-piler” instead of a “rubbidi collector.” The Appeal Court has adjourned the ease to determine whether the woman knew he was entitled to oliieial dignity before she abused him.
