ADDINGTON STOCK MARKET. BEEE EASIER. (By Telegraph.—Special to uuardiaat CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Messrs 11. Matson and Co., report as follows regarding their stock sale at Addington yards yesterday:— Store shop.—A smaller yarding than last week, again mostly of dry sheeji. AVliat few ewes were offered were of a very inferior class, in fact with the cxeeption of one or two pens of wethers, the quality all-round may he considered very indifferent. The demand all rir.ind was keen, and desjiite the ■ nntiimcd dry weather, the sale wax linn. Forward wethers made 33s 9<l in 3.7 s fid. medium 31s to 33s fid. others down to 28s; ewes in lamb. aged. 21st" 275 ; M.S. throe-quarter bred hoggets 21s to 28s, ewe hoggets Jl.s 7d: medium wethers jj-brod hoggets, 22s to •2.15. aired ewes with lamb at foot I is -Id to 21s, all counted. Store cattle.—A fairly large yarding. and with the exception of two or three decent jiens of steers ami young heifers, the entry again ooni|irised mostly of odd of cows and potters which sold readily at recent rates; also am- good conditioned young cows met with a keen demand. Best cows made £2 Is to £3 12s fid, medium and inferior 1 (is to 395. host 2-vear heifers 37:s to C2 17s fid, others 20s to 30s, forward 3 and 4-yr. old steers C 3 17i* to to 17s (id.
Fat pigs.—A medium entry eatne forward. Bacolicrs were in good demand, and all lots said at satisfactory prices. There was a large entry of porkers, and these met with good competition. selling on a par with hist week’s rates. Values were: Light porkers £2 10s to £3 os, heavy £4 to Cl (is, average price !)d to lO.fd; light haconers Cl 10s to Co 10s. heavy £fi to ££fi IC. . average price 8d to 8-I*l : choppers C 4 10s to £8 2s.
Store pigs—A very large entry came forward. AYeaners and medium stores sold well, hut large stores were easier. A'alues were: AYeaners 2os to op.;, -mall stores 30s to 3(is, medium 38s to Ids. large to 02s, sows in pig £o KM to Cl) IDs.

Others down to £l. Mutton.—A smaller yarding and mostly of wethers, the quality generally being hardly u i> to last week’s standard.
