REICHSTAG DKCISION. LONDON, Aug. 29. The Reichstag's decision on the London Pact is expected this morning. The .Morning Post's Berlin correspondent says: (ierman policies always provide surprises, but unless there is an eleventh hour change, the Pact will he rejected. Thereafter, it will be provisionally accepted by President I'.bert on helialt of the nation, and steps will he taken to elect a new Reichstag which will give the sanction rei|iiired. The Nationalists have at last formula tod their demands in words, hut they are clearly intended as an election manifesto, rather than a matter for serious consideration by ihe Reichstag. The •'Daily Telegraph's” Berlin correspondent says: On the resumption ol the Reichstag debate the Nationalists presented a series of motions demanding, firstly, a complete evacuation by October Kith; secondly, that the Government insist on a reconsideration within two years of Germany - powers of fulfilment and of a fixed limit lor future payments; thirdly, a lormal official revocation of Oermany x war responsibility.
