Detective Clttgston gave evidence that Cbitloek (one ol the bank officials) told a Morv regarding tbe bank robbery which would not bear investigation. Tic Manager of the bank icpeatcd the facts ol the robbery, a- cabled at the time of the occurrence. He .stated that Chittoek had the keys of the -ale. but lie could not open it without others in possession of another assistant. The doctor gave evidence that it was possible that both of Chinook's wounds could have been inflicted in a struggle with an armed man.
