An address from the rnilwaymeii was presented to him which said that Ulstermen relied upon his whole-hearted support in these trying times. Mr Baldwin, replying, dwelt on hi' interest in railways. IN- mentioned that ho had never been to Ireland before anti enjoyed the visit.
