ALLIED CONFERENCE.
[Reuters Telegrams.] THE RUHR EVACUATION. (Received this day at 11.2') a.m.) BERLIN, August 12. The optimism expressed in London, as regards the unsettled questions ol the conference, is not shared here. The prospects of unity over the Ruhr evacuation particularly, are regarded as not hopeful. It is not believed the Herman delegation will consent to the postponement of the evacuation lor another year.
