DEBATE IN BAIL El REA NX. LONDON. Aug. 11. President Cosgrave reports on the Clster Boundary negotiations to the Dail Eireann on Tuesday. A fateful debate is expected. The Labour Party and the new Independent Party are expected to oppose any agreement to delay action till the British Parliament reassembles.
