ANOTHER CIRC'L'LAR TO MEMBERS.
IMMIGRATION ALLEGATIONS.

WELLINGTON, Aug. 7
The Now Zealand League has distributed to all members an unsigned circular following its former production, which drew such strong criticism, from the Prime Minister. It states that Mr Massey denied the league's account of its interview with him, hut suggests that if he recalls his outburst of teinjier when the prnjm>al for a strong united party under Mr Coates's leadership was put to him ho can he forgiven Ids lamentable lack of memory.
A Labour member in a brief reference tn the circular in the House today declared that lie had inde|iendent information from England bearing out one allegation in the circular.
