Queensland, and graduated in 1893. at the Fniversity of Sydney, Fur a short time Dr. Scott was a resident surgeon at the Kris' a.to Hosoital. and accepted the appointment of medical suncriutendeiit of the Kumara ll.osjiital on the West Coast, in 1891). Seven years later. he ac(|iiired the practice of Dr T. B. Whitten, at Reefton. where lie lias since lived and followed his profession.
