[Reuters Teueoramb.] AGB E E AIE X T RFA CUED. LONDON, August *2. At- a Plenary Session, the InterAllied Conference has reached an agreement 011 all point-. The terms of an invitation for Germany were considered, and Germany was invited to join the Conference. LONDON, August 1. The members of the Third Committee of the Conference state an agreement is within sight. It is now only a question of drafting certain papers for the Plenary Conference to-morrow. The Committee expects these will facilitate the attendance of tile Germans on Monday. NEW YORK. August 2. Sterling is responding to the news that Germany has lieen invited to the Allied Conference. It has reached. -M3 p cents, the highest, level iu 1221. Ibis represents an over-night gain of neatly three cents. The franc has reached 5 3-10 cents, gaining seventeen points over-night. Other exchanges have gained fractionally. Stocks have likewise reflected a strong optimism because of a belief that the stabilisation <1 Germany s purchasing power will decidedly stimulate trade.
