The Full Court to-day allowed the appeal in the case of the King versus Malfroy and Co., which was heard on the 21th.. holding the Warden had no power to amend a sawmill license, after it '•••<( been completed and issued, by altering the rate of royalty payable tinder such license.
The determination of the point in this •ace. it is said, indirectly involves tin nut . f £IOO.OOO.
