The Irish Minister will at all times lie in touch with his Majesty’s Ambassador in order to settle, by (oiisultation, whether a matter collies within the category of those to he handled hy the Irish Minister. In matters falling in his sphere the Irish Minister will not he .subjected to the control cf His Majesty’s Ambassador nor would the latter he tesponsible for the Irish .Minister’s action.
