The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council heard arguments of counsel to determine whether the Crown can institute the Governor-General of North T rein ltd to appoint a mouther ol the Irish Boundary Commission in view of the refusal of the Government of North Ireland In do so. The Committee announced it had reserved its decision usd it would communicate its advice privately to the King. ART O’BRIEN RELEASED LONDON, July 22. The Sinn Keillors, Art O’Drien and Sean McGrath were released after having served half their s.'iitences.
