Supplies are small iiml firmly held. Prices are:—Jamaican oils to Cos per cwt: Chilean 10s to ((Os per cwt ; Californian 00s to 70s per cwt; New Zealand (ins to 83s per cwt. HEMP. The Manila market is firm and good business has been done in “J” grade July-Septemher shipments at LI I 10s per ton, buyers. The output ot Manila for June was 819.000 hales, against 737,000 hales for the same period last year. Stocks ill Manila on June fit) were M 3,000 hales, against 117,000 hales for last year. Stocks in London are 1391 against 10,720. The New Zealand market is unchanged. EGGS. The egg market is steady anil the demand Only moderate. Large supplies arc c oming forward English, and Irish, Ms (id to 17s (id per long 100 ; Danish and Dutch. 10s fid to 20s per long 100; Italian, Lithuanian and Belgian, 11s to 17s per long 100: Russian and Polish 10s to 12s per long 100.
DAIRY PRODUCE. Rutter. —The market is quieter on a reduced demand. Large quantities of Siberian are expected to arrive next week. Otlieial quotations are : New Zealand, salted, finest. ISOs to lHlls per ewt (Is 7;,'il to Is B‘d per l' 1 ); unsalted, 204 s per ewt Os Ojjd per lb).
Australian salted, finest, 182 sto 184 s per ewt (Is 7}d to Is 7:|d per lb); unsalted. 180 s to HMN per ewt (Is 7.1(1 to Is S' *(1 per Ihi ; other qualities, salted, 170 s to 178 s per ewt (Is Old to Is 7d per lb). Argentine, 184 sto 1 8-s per ewt (Is 7;;d to Is 8(1 per lb); other qualities, (70s to 188 s per ewt (Is til’d to Is 7UI per lb). Irish, salted—The market is quiet lint steady: 180 s per ewt (Is i-Jd per Hi); unsallcd, lH2s per ewt (Is Bld' per lh). Danish— 2(12s to 200 s per ewt Os Old to -Is 10d per lh). Cheese the market is quiet. Official quotations are: — English Lor finest farmers the market is steady. SSs to HOs per ewt (Hid to Dj’d per lh).
N’ew Zealand—Coloured HOs to 02s per ewt (fil'd per lh) : white, H2- to 94s per ewt MLJiI to Kid per III).
Canadian.—The demand is got id for white, coloured is slow. Coloured H2s to HLs per ewt (Hid to 1(1 per lh) ; white, ! .Is to His per ewt 00(1 per lh).
Shipments of New Zealand produce arrived this week per s.s. Raranga and Otaki.
Al’l’LES. The Raranga and Olaki have discharged. Some sorts ex* Raranga are badly bruised and nasty, especially Sturmers. Delicious. Rome Reality, and Loudon I’ippiu.
