There was no second plenary session of the inter-Allied Conference today. There will probably not he another until the three commissions, dealing with various controversial questions detail and present their reIKiris. These commissions, which sat about two hours in the evening, are dealing with the authority of the Reparations Commission and the matter of the security of investors and bund holders in a German loan. p'ranee and Britain are uniting to secure the presence ot the Americans on the Reparations Commission, in case of Germany’s default.
