IMPERIAL CONFERENCE. REMITS FROM THE DOMINIONS. The business which New Zealand is to place before the Imperial Rugby Conference, to he held in London, at the end of the year, was considered at a special meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union’s executive recently. The Dominion's delegate, Mr S. F. Wilson, of Christchurch, was present to receive instructions. From the remits forwarded by the various nuions in New Zealand the following have heen accepted at the suggestion of a special sub-committee, and they will lie forwarded for inclusion on the order paper for the conference:—

Tackle :—'That the definition of ••tackle" he amended in read as follows:—“A tackle is when the holder of the hall is held by one or of the opposing side; when so held the holder of the hall must immediately part with it.’’ That in rule (i. clauses (h) and (<■) he deleted, and all the words alter the word “forward” be deleted.
