The Court dismissed the appeal in the Toognod v. Nash case (July Ist), holding a husband was lint liable for the cost incurred hy tho wife in unsuccessfully bringing or defending divorce proceedings against the husband. \ii application for leave to appeal to the Privy Council, was reserved for consideration.
