A serious accident occurred on Alonda.v afternoon at the Gladstone sawmill bush, near Alnrsdon. whereby a young man Air I',’. Hcnliam formerly of Kumara was most severely injured. He was employed by the Gladstone mill as locomotive trolleyman. and was at the time loading logs off the bush hank on to bogies, when by some means, lie fell, and a log. rolling over, jammed him against another log.
