Alangawhero and Paletonga have been advised that the Revaluation Board lias greatly reduced the prices of ihoir sections. Each case was considered separately, hut the gen-I era I reduction appears to be about 50 per cent, and in extreme cases the prices have been re.luced eighteen pounds to live pounds per acre, the average reduction being about seven pounds per acre.
