An Ottawa Parliamentary delegation wi.) visit South Africa soon, under the auspices of the Canadian and South African branches of the Empire Parliamentary Association. It will consist of four Senators and four Mcntliers of the Commons. OTTAWA, July 4. The British Ambassador to U.S.A. Sir Estne Howard, speaking of the appointment of Canadian and Irish Ministers to Washington, said it appeared almost inevitable that the other British Dominions would also be represented.
