After ■'•ir Frederick Lang bad replied the Address was adopted and the Council rose till 2.20 p.m. on Thursday next. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. The House met at 22)1) p.m. In the I louse of Representatives, the debate' was continued by Air Willortl, the Hon. Duwnio -Stewart, Air Sidey. Sir J. I.uke. Air Ransom and Air .McMillan. The debate was adjourned on the motion of lion. 1). R.iiddo and the llou.se rose at 10.-lo till 2.20.
