Parr): Extraditions Amendment Bill (lion. Piirf); l.orltl Legi-diitioil Bill (Mon. Bollard); Miners Phthisis Bill (lloil. Piir'r). At Die dose of the formal business the House adjourned till 7.80 when the debate on the Address-in-Reply was began. Mr Bitchener (Waiinatc) moving that a respectful address hi* presented to his Excellency the Governor-General in reply fo lli.s KxcelleiK y'.s speech. This was seconded by Ah- Liiiklater (.Mannwatu). On the motion of Mr Wilford, the debate was adjourned, and at fi.tid p.m. the House rose until 2.30 p.m.
