Tile article declares that many leading Fascisti conduct a widespread levy on private and semi-public enterprise for the purpose of maintaining the Fascisti newspapers

CAPETOWN. June 3*l. fleneral Hert/.og is the only Minister with previous Cabinet experience. Five of tin, new team are lawyers, two farm ers two (Boydell and Dr .Maliiii) journalists. The latter is the editor of the Burger Nationalist organ. Mr Crcswell is a mining engineer. The selecting is generallv regarded favourably.
