The “Observer’s” diplomatic correspondent says the Reparations Conference is fixed to Ik? held in London on lfith July. In addition to Britain and France 'there will bo delegates from Italy, Belgium, Japan and the smaller •States.

He iKiinted out that voting credits did not imply approval of the policy of occupation, hut of the status quo. Ruhr was necessary pending the issue forthcoming into Allied negotiations.
