SOLDIERS' HALL.

BAZAAR OI’K.YS TO-NIGHT. The bazaar and sale of work in aid of the building fund of the Returned Soldiers’ Association will open at the Solilieis’ Hall. Sewell Street, to-night at 7.Til o'clock. The bazaar lias been under way for some time, a number of lmlies kindly co-operating in the effort to provide goods and material for sale. Many friends have contributed gifts of various kinds also, so that in tile aggregate there will be a large ami varied collection of goods on side. Some very fine works of art. including paintings will be displayed also. These constitute the prizes for the art union which will bo in progress for some time. During to-day the ladies wore busy embellishing the stalls with the goods for sale, and there will bo a very attractive display. Patrons will find much to attract their attention in the all round variety of the goods on sale. To-night Ronetti’s hand will render a niimbei of selections ol blight music ami to-morrow night the Royal Orchestra will be heard in a special programme. These instrumental performances should prove very entertaining. A well-conducted refreshment department is being established in the annexe. There is a cosov retreat where refreshments will be obtainable at moderate prices. The bazaar will he open to-morrow afternoon from 2.150 to ~> o'clock for the convenience of visitors to the town. Admission will lie free in the day time, but at night the charge will ho adults Is; children lid.

The R.S.A. management hope to raise a substantial stun front the bazaar and sale ol work, the proceeds going to the building fund. Tt is hoped to have the front portion of the building tinder way in the course of a few weeks now.
