Kelly passed as 2nd. class Moat last week, bringing the number in the troop to four. A camp at South Spit is arranged for tin- 2nd troop this week-end. and the boys are hoping for once they may get something better than tlleir usual “camp weather.’’ The 2nd. troop have adopted Innecwiioil fur their scarf lings and have just completed and despatched a set of those to their Scoutmaster',s old troop in London, hoping they may arrive in time for the Wembley Jamboree.
