The appointments Committee reported that the Department had asked for in.formnion regarding any eases of fcehle-minded children known to the Board. It. wti.s resolved to aek the Tiess to draw attention to the reqnirementr. of the Art in this direction, namely, the duly of various officers, including parents, teachers, and police (■notables. tu report any eases known to them.
