AI'C'KI.AND. Juno 10. Burglars entered the office of theAvondale railway station on Saturday ni”lit. They blew open the safe with gelignite and stole Saturday’s takings, about fifty pounds sterling, mostly silver foin. The manner in whieh the explosive was used iiuiieated that the burglars posses.-.etl some skill. Ihe police later arrested a young man on a elm rite of burglary. It is stated that the poliee searched his room and found part of the money stolen. One half of the strongroom door was blown away.
