A CALLOUS CRIME. LONDON, June 12. H. Horner, a well-dressed man, aged 2:1, ts charged with murdering a liveyear old boy hy drowning him in Salfotd Canal. It is alleged that he asked the boy to accompany him to the Canal and that he there pi died hip and threw him into the water, and then knelt on the towing path and watched the hoy drown.
