(To the Editor). Sir. — According to the press report o| last Hospital Board meeting. Mr W. 11. Chinn wrote stating that I had said he had oflered nm the Board a horse without saddle or In idle. Re guiding the la-t named article. Mr Chinn is quite in error, as t never mentioned it in any part of my letter. Regarding the saddle. T can only say that Mr Chinn’s audacity in asserting that the horse had a saddle on when ofiered to me. is quite beyond understanding. Sueli a staienient is quite opposed to iho truth. -T am etc..
