Popular interest in the impending political crisis due to the Premier s resignation, is overshadowed by tlie arrival of R’Oisy (the French airman) from Shanghai, en route to Tokio. D’Oisy, following on the disastrous wreck of liis plane (cabled May 20). bad virtually abandoned the hope of completing bis tligbt, but tlie Chinese promptly offered him a plane, which Jj’Oisy accepted. Meantime, two viral Tuclmns governing territories that iVOisv intended to traverse, announced that they would forbid his passage, whereupon the Government interceded eventually persuading one Tucliun. Ho’ allow TTOisy a passage in such ft manner as would obviate the necessity of trespassing on the other? territory.
