\ COMPLAINT. DUNKLIN. May 29. At tlu> annual meeting of the Otago Patriotic Association, Mr A. Laing, secretary of the R.S.A., complained nhout the delay occasioned in arranging economic pensions under the present system. It was resolved that the Minister in charge of pensions he urged to exercise the power conferred by legislation to appoint local committees to assist in .-the 'administration of the Pensions Act. as affecting economic pensions.
