A teaelie'- of a country school not fifty mill's from Hokitika, relates an amusing incident. He has n numhei of Maoris in his class and one day las' winter one of these hoys caught a very severe cold. The teacher gave him n fey-closes of Kofgo and the Moon’s cold disappeared very quickly. Hut ever since then not only that particular Maori hut all the others at the school have hoen catching colds with jrreat frequency and being given doses of Kofgo.
