The games for Cass Square comprise one senior (Excelsior v. Ilarihiiri) one junior and two third grade. The senior eon test Excelsiors v. Harihari should prove a good contest. When these teams met at Harihari in the first round, Harihari were successful by three points to nil.

MAR IST CLUB’S CASE. WELLINGTON, May 21. The question of the suspension of tlie Christchurch Marist Club was rcfcricd to at to-night’s meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union. Mr S. S. Dean said there was the right of appeal for 11 days after suspension. the appeal to go through the local union. He thought the Union ought to advise tlie Canterbury Union that it was futile trying to do anything now. Ur Mullancy said Maiists had not known the position about the right to appeal. ! 'u<l were given to understand that tlie meeting of Canterbury delegates was tb*' final appeal they could have. The chairman : There is no question about, that. They knew it. Mr Kitto: They say they don’t want to appeal. Ml- Dean: I think we ought to give them uotiio that il ibev waul to appeal they can appeal to us. Mi- Little: The only way we can deal with them now is if they apply for reinstatement. Mr Midlaney: Was it necessary to suspend the whole team? Could they not have suspended tlie officials?
