Hymans (Belgium) and Signor Mu-solini resulted in tin- complete harmonising of the Belgian and Italian viewpoints as to the* ration's rjturstioii. A communique regarding the leivnee slates that the ministers weic ol opinion that as soon as the exchanges of view- between the Allies have been sufficiently advanced it will lie advi-able to convene an interAllied conference to put the finishing touches to the repaint inns agreement. They decided to do their utmost to expedite u stage where it will he possible to give effect to the experts’ plans. They agreed that in any caso the question ol the inter-Allied debts should he regarded as rnimecled with the reparations problem.
