JUDGE’S CRITICISM. AUCKLAND, May 14. “In that case the .sooner we bung a lew rivers thy la-tter!” This was the .statement of Mr Justice Stringer in the Supreme Court in the case in "'fin'ii John Andrew Fox, a taxi-driver "as charged with manslaughter. M'. Smiler, a witness, said that ear drivers -olten passed within n few inches, sometimes two or tliico inches, <d objects on the loud ahead of them. They frequently did this when the object ahead was a vehicle moving in the same direction as themselves.
