Counsel addressed the jury and llis Honour summed up. the address of each being on lines similar to the All Smoke case. The jury retired at 1.2. T p.tn. and returned at 4.10 p.m. with a verdict of guilty on all counts against the accused. Walter Medley llulston. William Willianis-in, Wiliam Percy Canes.- >- und Chares Hnpwnud Capes. Sentence was deferred till Wronesdav.

The third charge against the above licensed and .I.Minos Golding in connection with what i- known as the “Look Out” case was withdrawn. Mi- A. 'l'. Donnelly. Crown Prosecutor said that all the accused in the case with tlie exception of Golding, had been found guily on either the All Smoke or Eulius eases, ami C. If. Capes had been convicted in both eases. Only Guiding had been left, and on the evidence in the Look Out ease, the Crown could not hope for a conviction against Golding. Golding "asgt stupid and innocent fool, and it seemed useless to incur further expense in order to go through another lengthy hearing. He proposed to enter a stay of tirmceilings. His Honour agreed that it would Have been difficult to find Golding guilty. DUNEDIN CONVICTIONS.

DUNEDIN. May lfi. Cameron and Richards, who "cie convicted last week on two charges' of conspiracy in connection with the Kiiigsdnle-The Dingo case, will he sent diced to-morrow. Justice Reed sentenced John Richards and Walter Leonard James Cameron, convicted of conspiracy in the Kingsdalc-The Dingo tioiting ring-in, the former to 12 months hard labor and the latter to six months.
