ttirtLALMK HMj n.z cable association. TOKTO. -May 11. The election results for the city constituencies. which have been so far announced show the Sei.vo ilento Party lias been heavily outnumbered. The Kenscikai Patty leads with 42 members elected, while the Soiyohanto Party is fourth. It is nut expected, however, that* the latter will win many provincial seats, hut these results will not ho announced for a few days. Viscount Takalmsl.i was elected by a small majority. TOKIO May 11. Tn the elections, the oflieial returns from the provincial districts continue to indicate growing Kenscikai Party strength. The Kenscikai leaders now claim they will have a majority of seats in the Diet, and the present indications confirm their claims. This result was unforeseen, and is considered certainly to doom the Kiyoura ( vornmont to immediate resignation, since it could only expect support from the Sciyukai ami B'eiyo Honto Parties, both of which appear to he falling behind.
