With reference to an application by tlie newly formed organisation that tlie late night closing hour should lx? 9 instead of 9.30 and that as a compensation shops should close at 12.30, instead of one on Saturday, Justice Frazer suggested that the difficulty might be overcome by making it optional that those shops which closed at 8.3!) on Friday could remain open till ono on Saturday, aiul t-liosc remaining open till nine on Friday close at 12.30 on Saturday.
