AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CARLE ASSOCIATION. ULSTER BOUNDARY QUESTION. DUBLIN, April 25. Messrs Cosgravc, Higgins and Kennedy left for the resumed Conference, on the boundary question, with the representatives of the British and North of Ireland-' Govermnoints at London to-morrow. IRISH DEADLOCK.

The ‘Daily Telgraph’s” diplomatic correspondent says the Irish Conference at times was very lively. The breakdown creates an awkward positon, as Ulster declines to appoint a delegate to the Boundary Commission. The Treaty does not contain any other provision to settle the problem. The Free State will probably demand the passing of special legislation to overcome the deadlock.
IRISH BOUNDARY CONFERENCE LONDON, April 24.
The Irish Boundary Conference was resumed. Air Thomas presided. Ministers of the Free State and North of Ireland were present.
