NEWFOUNDLAND ARRESTS. NEWFOUNDLAND, April 22. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Sir Richard Squires, former Premier: and Doctor Alexander Carapbel, former Aiinister of Agriculture; and J. T. Afeaney, a former Controller. The action of the Aiinister of Justice follows the findings of Commissioner Walker. Campbell was adjudged guilty of using public funds for personal expenses, rnd Squires and Afeaney were declared to have misappropriated funds from tho Controller’s Department.
