Poppies arc on sale to-day in connection with Anzae Day Commemoration on Friday next. Poppies will he sold also to-morrow and Thursday. Despite the untoward weather the sale this forenoon was considered very satisfactory Newmans -Motors notify, special car services between Hokitika, and Grey mid vice versa daily and between Hokitika and Christchurch and Grey and Christchurch and vice versa. Cars for Grey leave at 8.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.
