Reisgnations received and accepted included:—Arthur’s Pass, Air .1. E. Wilson; Tavlorville, Air J. A. M’Kenzie.

The report of the Building (’oniinit tee was received and adopted. It was stated that the Board's expenditure in connection with the visit of the fleet- would he confined to entertainment of the children.
