BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSN., COPYRIGHT. A YOUTH GUILTY. ALAIERSTON X., April 16 A youth pleaded guilty to a serious offence against a woman near Bongotea, on whose husband’s farm he worked. He was committed for sentence on this charge, and sent to gaol for a month on a charge of conversion of a motor cycle belonging to the farmer, whereon he cleared out after committing the offence. The Innngahua County Election to fill the vacancy in the Reefton Riding took place to-day in beautiful weather, but there was not a great deal of interest taken, the poll being smalelr than usual.
