POSTAL HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS.

GOOD FBI day, 18th APRIL, 1921

The Post Office will he closed in alt branches on Good Friday. The GreymmiLh and Overland, also Mo Ho and Humphreys mails, will close on I hursday, Mill April, at 8 p.m. The posting boxes will be cleared at i p.m. All otiicr mails usually despatched on Friday will lie suspended. The Telegraph Office will he closed all day. The Telephone Exchange will he open from (I a.m. lo 10 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 0 p.m. EASTER MONDAY, 21st APRIL. The Post Office will be closed in all branches on Easter Monday. Mails for Greymouth, Christchurch, etc. (overland), also Ho Ho and Humphreys will close at 7 a.m. All other mails usually despatched on Monday will be suspended. The Telegraph Office will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Telegraph Exchange will he open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. ANZAC DAY, FRIDAY, 25th AP'RIL. The Rose Office will he closed all day oil Auzac Day. Mails for Hollo and Humphreys will close at 8 p.m. on Thursday 24jth instant. The Down posting boxes will be cleared at 7 p.m. Ail other mails usualy despatched on Friday will he suspended. Tiie Telegraph Offico will be closed all day on An/.ac Dey. The Telephone Exchange will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 5 p.m to 0 p.m. Delivery of Letters etc. There will be a complete delivery of town letters, including registered.?, at (lie Public Counter between 7 p.m. ami 8 p.m. on Thursdays, the Mth and 24th lust, also on Saturday 19th. If the mail car arrives at a later hour the delivery will be made for half un hour after the mails are sorted. Sunday hours will be observed in the Private Box Lobby on Good Fridav, Easter Monday, and Anznc Day.
